Employee and Customer Surveys: Our surveys are custom built for each client and each situation. We take care of survey design, deployment, analysis, recommendations and report. We use the 7-S model of organizational analysis that looks at an organization from multiple perspectives.
Leadership Development Profile: Using the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory, peer observations and other assessments, we develop a profile of an individual’s leadership style, motivational orientation, strengths and weaknesses, and suggestions for development. Through coaching, we help individuals maximize their strengths and manage their weaknesses.
Pre-Hire and Promotion Assessment: Our battery of pre-hire assessments are used in conjunction with a job profile we develop for your position. We can also develop an assessment center for a targeted group, using tools such as in-basket exercises.
Team Audits: This process looks at the composition of the team and provides a report on how to best use team members. We can also provide a more extensive analysis as needed.
Training: We also provide training customized to your needs. We provide management training, customer service training, diversity and sexual harassment prevention training, and supply chain simulation training.
